She is the Edible Garden Chef at the Atlanta Botanical Garden and creates recipes focusing on simple, fast and fresh ways to enjoy the local and seasonal edible abundance. Along with regularly teaching healthy cooking classes, she also conducts Lunch & Learns to teach cooking focusing on health and wellness for employees in a corporate environment.

With a deep background in natural foods, she brings together new and old flavors paired with a well-humored delivery that brings health and well-being into unchartered territory. She is classically trained in improvisation and restaurant-schooled in fresh food prep so she shows up with knives and a sharp wit to teach her clients how to live better, healthier and happier lives. Smoothie For Life
1 cup vanilla unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
1 cup fresh baby spinach
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
1 scoop NOW® Pea Protein powder (plain flavor)
1 tablespoon NOW® Coconut Oil or butter
1 tablespoon NOW® Spirulina/Green Phytofoods powder
1 tablespoon NOW® Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon NOW® Hemp Seeds
1 teaspoon NOW® Maca Powder
Mix together in blender until smooth. Add ½ cup of ice if desired.
