Hi, I’m Marcus

An American professional lacrosse player and coach who helped Team USA win gold at the 2018 FIL World Lacrosse Championship in Israel. My pro lacrosse career has spanned 13 seasons, where my love for the sport has only continued to grow. I’m currently playing for Boston Cannons LC of the PLL and was named Attackman of the Year in 2023 after leading the league in points. Currently, I am tied at second place for all-time goals with 355 goals. 

After graduating from the University of North Carolina, I’ve continued to help grow the sport of lacrosse all over the country through camps and clinics. Beyond coaching and training, I have added a new member to my roster, my son Marcus Tiger Holman, who has brought a new level of gratitude and motivation to everything I do. 

As a NOW® Ambassador, I am passionate about sharing how I incorporate NOW products into my daily routine  to help improve my athletic performance, nutrition, and overall health.
