veggie stock
1 tablespoon
tomato paste
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
½ teaspoon
smoked paprika
½ teaspoon
dried oregano
¼ teaspoon

tostada shells
1 cup
guacamole
¼ cup
chopped red onion
¼ cup
chopped cilantro
Fresh lime wedges
Directions
- Heat stock and tomato paste over medium heat in a saucepan. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer. Stir in vegetable protein crumbles. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- Add cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, and salt. Stir well to coat vegetable protein. Cook 2 minutes longer.
- Spread guacamole on tostadas. Spoon protein crumble mixture over guacamole. Top with red onion and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
