chickpeas, drained

chopped white onion

minced garlic
1 tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 cup
fresh parsley
½ cup
fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon
cumin
½ teaspoon
ground coriander
½ teaspoon
red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
baking powder
¼ cup
Almond Flour, Raw

For Tahini Sauce
¼ cup
tahini paste at room temperature
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Manuka Honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor. Blend until ingredients are finely chopped.
- Add almond flour, cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add hemp seeds and pulse a couple times until just combined. Form mixture into 10 patties using hands and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
- While falafel bakes, stir together ingredients for tahini sauce.
- Cool falafel patties at room temperature for 5 minutes. Serve warm drizzled with tahini sauce.
