92% lean ground beef

chopped green bell pepper

chopped yellow onion
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
½ teaspoon

tomato sauce

Worcestershire sauce
2 ½ cups
beef stock
¼ cup
low-fat milk
½ cup
low-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups
freshly grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Heat ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet. Break up into small pieces and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook for 7 minutes longer.
- Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock. Bring to a boil. Add cauliflower macaroni and cook for 7 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes for even cooking.
- Stir in milk and Greek yogurt. Stir in grated cheese and cook 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
