This Sesame Noodle Salad with Nutty Dressing is a flavor-packed twist on a classic cold noodle dish. Tossed with crisp veggies and coated in a creamy, savory-sweet dressing made with natural peanut butter, Manuka Honey, Organic Sesame Oil, and a touch of sriracha, it’s the perfect balance of tangy, nutty, and satisfying. Ingredients
For Dressing
⅓ cup
filtered water
⅛ teaspoon
Xanthan Gum Powder
¼ cup
creamy natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons
rice vinegar or lime juice
2 tablespoons
coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Manuka Honey
1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Sesame Seed Oil, Organic
1 teaspoon
sriracha sauce (optional)

For Salad
8 ounces
flat noodles (fettuccine, rice noodles, etc.)
1 cup
shredded coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons
chopped green onion
1 tablespoon
chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons toasted
Sesame Seeds, Organic & Raw
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, whisk together water and xanthan gum in a measuring cup or bowl. Add peanut butter, lime juice, coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine noodles, coleslaw mix, green onion, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Pour ¾ of dressing on top. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plate and top with remaining dressing, extra cilantro and sesame seeds.
