These Flax Seed Veggie Tots are a wholesome, oven-baked snack the whole family will love. Made with a blend of sweet potato, broccoli, NOW Real Food® Almond Flour, and NOW Real Food® Organic Flax Seed Meal, these veggie-packed bites are perfect for picky eaters, lunchboxes, or after-school snacks. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and ready in just 30 minutes, these better-for-you tots are a delicious way to sneak in extra veggies.

Flax Seed Meal, Organic
2 tablespoons
filtered water
1 cup
cooked mashed sweet potato
½ cup
Almond Flour, Organic
1 cup
grated broccoli or cauliflower
⅓ cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon
salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together flaxseed and 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Combine mashed sweet potato, ground flaxseed, broccoli, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon and form into vegetable tots. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
