Grilled Quinoa & Lime Salmon Cakes

lime juice
½ teaspoon
lime zest
¼ cup
3 tablespoon
cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon
black pepper

When you use our instant microwave quinoa Q cup™, these gluten free salmon cakes take less than 10 minutes to prep and cook up in just minutes. They’re high in fiber, protein and most importantly, taste! Pair them with homemade cilantro sesame aioli for a super flavorful sauce and this just might become one of your new favorite dishes.


  1. Preheat grill to 350° F.
  2. Place ½ cup of hot water in Organic Quinoa Q Cup, cover, and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine instant quinoa with all ingredients.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Place salmon-quinoa cakes on grill for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
