We've partnered with TerraCycle®, the international leader in recycling the hard-to-recycle, to keep our packaging that can’t be recycled curbside out of landfills and incinerators.

Join NOW in Making a Difference

With your help, NOW and TerraCycle have diverted 28,000 pounds of NOW product packaging (nearly 2 million pieces!) from landfills and incinerators, which is equivalent to almost 18 years’ worth of waste produced by one United States citizen.

How It Works

  1. Collect: Gather all your NOW flexible packaging that can’t be recycled through your local recycling service, including supplement pouches and toothpaste/personal care tubes.
  2. Ship: Once you have a box full, print a free shipping label from TerraCycle's NOW Foods Recycling Program page.
  3. Send: Ship your items to TerraCycle for free, and they’ll recycle all accepted waste – it's that simple!
  4. Donate: As an added bonus, for every pound of NOW flexible packaging that TerraCycle receives, you can earn $1 to be donated to your favorite nonprofit organization or school.

  • What can I recycle?

  • Is there a cost to participate?
    • No, there is no cost. Shipping is free, and you can print out your shipping label directly from TerraCycle’s website.
  • How do I ship my items?
    • Simply collect your recyclable materials in any box. Once it's full, attach the free TerraCycle shipping label and drop it off at any UPS location.
  • What happens to the recycled materials?
    • Recycled materials are turned into raw materials and used to create new products. By recycling with us, you're helping to close the loop and reduce overall waste.
