unsweetened coconut butter
1 tablespoon
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color
3 tablespoons

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease an 8x12 baking dish with cooking oil. Whisk together pumpkin purée, flax seed mixture, milk, maple syrup, allulose, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in steel cut oats until well combined.
- Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature for 1 hour to allow bars to firm.
- Heat coconut butter and milk over low heat in a small saucepan. Once coconut butter is melted, turn heat off and stir in in maple syrup until smooth.
- Slice into 12 bars and top with coconut-maple drizzle. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
