Directions
- Combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Add eggs, coconut milk, and monk fruit liquid. Whisk until well combined.
- Heat waffle maker according to directions and grease with cooking oil. Scoop half of the batter onto center of waffle iron and close lid.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm topped with fresh berries and nut butter.
