Made with NOW Real Food® Raw Almond Flour and lightly sweetened with our Organic Monk Fruit Liquid, Vanilla Flavor, this easy waffle recipe is low in carbs and ready in just 15 minutes. Top with berries and nut butter for a wholesome breakfast that doesn’t miss the syrup. 

Ingredients
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 large pasture raised eggs
⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk

Directions
  1. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Add eggs, coconut milk, and monk fruit liquid. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Heat waffle maker according to directions and grease with cooking oil. Scoop half of the batter onto center of waffle iron and close lid.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Serve warm topped with fresh berries and nut butter.
