Fill up on these functional smoothies from holistic health coach and NOW Expert, Kelly LeVeque. Each smoothie follows Kelly’s signature Fab Four formula, which combines protein, fat, fiber and greens, to help you balance blood sugar and stay fuller for longer.

90’s Throwback Smoothie w/ Wheatgrass Powder and Orange

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds and enjoy!

1/4 avocado
1/2 cup cucumber
2 tablespoons orange zest
1/2 orange, cut into segments
1 cup cold filtered water
Berry Beet Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds and enjoy!

1 tablespoon Flax Seeds, Organic
handfull spinach
1/2 cup strawberries or blackberries, fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon Beet Root Powder
1 cup flax milk or coconut milk
Salty Green Goddess Smoothie
