Gym Equipment Cleansing Spray

Ingredients

2 ounces empty 2 oz. glass spray bottle

1 tablespoon witch hazel with aloe

1 ½ ounces distilled water

10 to 15 drops Nature's Shield Oil Blend

7 drops Tea Tree Oil

3 drops Spike Lavender Oil

3 drops Clove Oil

Directions

In your clean, empty spray bottle, add 10 to 15 drops of NOW^® Solutions Nature’s Shield essential oil blend or combine your NOW^® Solutions tea tree, spike lavender, and clove essential oils.
Measure in 1 tablespoon of witch hazel and then fill the remainder of the bottle with distilled water. Your liquid measurements should be 3 to 1.
Tightly adhere your spray top to the bottle and then swirl the ingredients together.

To use: Spray down equipment with your cleansing spray before and after each use; either wipe down and allow to dry or allow to sit until completely dry.

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
