Tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder form the base, which is kept just so with xanthan gum, a natural thickening agent. We make it sugar free by replacing your usual sugar with our Monk Fruit with Erythritol replacement.
- Place all ingredients in a blender on low speed and combine until mixture is uniform.
- Place ketchup mixture in a sauté pan on medium heat.
- Whisking continuously, allow for mixture to reach a boil, then reduce heat to low for 15 minutes.
- Set aside to cool and serve with your favorite finger foods.
