Suggested Usage & Storage

You Will Need:

  • 1 large egg (Vegan substitute: 1 tablespoon NOW Real Food® Organic Golden Flax Seed Meal + 1/3 cup water)
  • 1/2 cup butter (Vegan substitute: 1/4 cup Ellyndale® Organics Canola Oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Baking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk room temperature butter with egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  3. Add chocolate chip cookie mix and combine until dough is formed.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of cookie dough onto parchment paper and lightly flatten using palm of hand or spatula.
  5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Store in a cool, dry place.

High Altitude Baking Instructions: To prepare at high altitude, please make the following adjustments:
•    Decrease overall baking time by 5 minutes per 30 minutes of total baking time.
•    Increase oven temperature by 25°F.
•    Increase the amount of liquid by 1 tsp per 3,000 ft. above sea level and increase by an additional 1 tsp for every 1,000 ft. thereafter.
