  • Monday: 5-7 Miles with form drills after

  • Tuesday: Track workout or tempo work, with weight room after

  • Wednesday: Recovery day. Cross-training, typically on a stationary bike

  • Thursday: 7-8 Miles with med-ball drills and plyometrics afterward

  • Friday: Track workout with weight room afterward

  • Saturday: Off

  • Sunday: Long run, 10-12 miles
