Ingredients
For the sweet chili rim:

salt
¼ teaspoon
chili powder
¼ teaspoon
paprika
⅛ teaspoon
cayenne

For the mockarita:

jalapeño slices
¼ cup
cornichon pickle juice
¼ cup
cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ teaspoon
Monk Fruit Liquid, Organic
⅓ cup
unflavored sparkling water

cornichon pickles for garnish
Directions
- For the sweet chili rim, onto a small plate, mix salt, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne. Onto a separate plate, add liquid monk fruit. Dip rim of a glass into liquid monk fruit and then into chili salt to coat. Fill glass with ice.
- For the mockarita, into a cocktail shaker or lidded jar, muddle jalapeño slices. Add pickle juice, lime juice, and liquid monk fruit. Shake 20 seconds.
- Strain mockarita into prepared glass until about ¾ full. Top with sparkling water and garnish with cornichons.
