all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups
Rolled Oats, Organic

Matcha Green Tea Powder, Organic
½ teaspoon
baking powder
¼ teaspoon
salt
½ cup
unsalted butter, at room temperature
⅓ cup
brown sugar, packed
⅓ cup
Cane Sugar, Organic

large egg
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, oats, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat butter, brown sugar and cane sugar until creamy and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Use a cookie scooper to scoop dough onto baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until cookies are just set. Cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
