Ingredients
¾ cup
vanilla yogurt (conventional or Greek)
1 ripe
avocado
1.5 teaspoons
Creatine Monohydrate Powder
1 scoop
peanut butter or peanut butter powder
Splash
of water as needed for blending
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
- Top with chia seeds, cacao nibs, or toppings of choice (fruit, granola, etc.)
