Ingredients
11 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed, softened
1 large egg at room temperature
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup white chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together butter and cane sugar. Beat in Vanilla Liquid Monk Fruit and egg until combined.

  3. Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.

  4. Use a cookie scooper to scoop mounds of dough onto baking sheet 2 inches apart.

  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Cool cookies for 15 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack. Cookies will be delicate due to their lower sugar content.
