Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

very ripe avocados
1 serving
Pea Protein, Creamy Chocolate Powder
2 tablespoons
Cacao Powder, Raw & Organic
2 tablespoons
Black Chia Seeds, Organic
½ cup
unsweetened almond milk
1 or 2 drops
Monk Fruit Liquid, Organic
¼ teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1 pinch
sea salt
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, combine the avocados, chocolate protein, cacao powder, milled chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve in a small bowl with your desired toppings, such as seeds, berries or nuts.
