Cookie Dough Bark

NOW Expert and Celebrity Yoga Instructor Kristin McGee whipped up this cookie dough bark, perfect for satisfying a sweet craving with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
1½ cups
Almond Flour, Raw
⅛ teaspoon
sea salt
splash
vanilla
1 cup
chocolate chips
2 tablespoons, divided
Liquid Coconut Cooking Oil, Organic
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, maple syrup, sea salt, vanilla and cacao nibs.
- Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet, press down with spatula
- Combine cup chocolate chips and liquid coconut oil in a pan, over medium heat. Stir to mix and melt.
- Pour melted chocolate over bark on cookie sheet. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Let set in freezer for 1-2 hours. Once ready, break apart into pieces and enjoy!
