How to Use Essential Oils in the Bath
STEP 1 Pick one or more essential oils from the recommended bath list below.
STEP 2 Dilute essential oil(s) with a vegetable carrier oil of your choice. In general, mix about 9-12 drops of the recommended essential oil(s) into a tablespoon of carrier oil (please refer to a dilution chart for exact ratios).
STEP 3 Swirl diluted blend into water before entering the bath. Can also be used in conjunction with magnesium flakes or salts.
STEP 4 Relax and enjoy!
Tub may become slippery, so exercise caution.
Citrus OIls for Bath Use
Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after dermal use when using Lemon, Tangerine, or Grapefruit oils.
