luther-lange stretchingMy name is Luther. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Sport Nutritionist and Healthy Living Coach. I believe that daily exercise and healthy eating – including taking the proper supplements – are the keys to a better quality of life.

Since I was a child, sports have been a big part of my life. I used to be part of handball team in high school. After that I started to do weight training and fell in love with it. It helped me become more responsible and focus on being the healthiest person I can be. Thanks to my mixed heritage – being half Brazilian and half Dutch – I also learned about different eating habits and cultures that influence proper nutrition.

I became known as “The 305 Coach” when my friends started to ask me questions about training and diet.  I created an Instagram account to share my tips, daily routine, and to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. It took off quickly, and I became a Certified Personal Trainer, Sport Nutritionist and Healthy Living Coach to “certify” my advice. I’m lucky that my passion can support my lifestyle, and I want others to feel that passionate about being the best they can be.

My secret to burning fat is to limit carbohydrates at breakfast, preferring high fat and high protein, which encourages the body to use fat as its primary source of energy.  I also think quality of sleep is extremely important to a healthy lifestyle. Plus, sleep is when the body can fully recover from the day’s stresses. 5-HTP and Sleep are my go-to for sleep support.

1 scoop of Whey Protein Isolate
6 raspberries or strawberries
1 shot of coffee
15g of MCT Oil

Cinnamon, turmeric and cayenne pepper are also welcome.


Add everything in the blender with 250ml (8.4oz) and a lot of ice and blend everything.
