Hi, I’m Daniel “Strong” Kennedy, an American OCB Bodybuilding All Natural Men's Physique Champion. Originally from Cambridge Massachusetts, I played multiple varsity sports throughout high school but really excelled in track, skiing, snowboarding and weight lifting. I earned a college scholarship from the Boston Globe and attended the University of Hawaii where I developed a passion for surfing and fitness. I spent most of my time learning to become a professional waterman and building a solid physique in the University gym.
After college I returned to the East Coast and moved to Vermont where I quickly excelled in snowboard cross racing and halfpipe contests. I often competed on a National and global level. I eventually turned my passion into my profession and became a sales manager for one of my snow racing sponsors. I also own and operate the Turn of River Ski Lodge in Killington, Vermont, where I continue to teach snowboarding.
While working and racing, I continue to focus on bodybuilding and powerlifting, and attempted the New Hampshire bench press record at 196 lbs. However, after a major injury, I refocused my energy into natural bodybuilding & men's physique all while inspiring people all over the world to live a healthy, fit functional, and fun lifestyle.
