Vegan Banana Bread Overnight Oats

It doesn’t get much easier or healthier than this delicious vegan breakfast recipe that combines a variety of breakfast staples including maple syrup, rolled oats, banana, cinnamon and more. Store in a mason jar and refrigerate for some vegan sunrise satisfaction the next morning!

Ingredient: 
⅔ cup
Soy Milk Powder, Organic [1]
½ cup
Rolled Oats, Organic [2]
¼ cup
Walnuts, Raw & Unsalted [3]
1 banana
pureed
2 tablespoons
Black Chia Seed, Organic [4]
1 tablespoon
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color [5]
½ teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon
cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon
nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon
salt
Directions: 
  1. Using a spatula, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place in mason jar, cover, and store in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Open and enjoy!
