lemon juice
¼ teaspoon
salt
⅛ teaspoon
black pepper
1 cup
Avocado Cooking Oil in Glass Bottle [1]
Directions: 
  1. In a blender, combine egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Continue to blend, while slowly drizzling in avocado oil.
  3. Serve on sandwiches or salads and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
