We’re replacing the animal fat in this tasty herb butter with mouth-watering Coconut Infusions™ Garlic-Flavored Organic Coconut Oil, then adding fresh rosemary, salt and pepper for a flavorful condiment that’s great as a spread, a dip, or as a melted topping over your favorite entrées.

  1. In a bowl, using a whisk, whip together garlic-flavored Coconut Infusion, rosemary, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
  2. Using plastic wrap, roll mixture into a cylinder and refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Cut slices and melt over entree of your choice.
