- In a bowl, using a whisk, whip together garlic-flavored Coconut Infusion, rosemary, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
- Using plastic wrap, roll mixture into a cylinder and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Cut slices and melt over entree of your choice.
