cinnamon

2 tablespoons
2-3 Small
beets, shredded
1/2 cup
chocolate chips
1/2 cup
milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon
blackstrap molasses
1/3 cup
tahini

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line or grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients together and stir into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour into muffin tin. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
