With this recipe we’re out to prove that you don’t need unhealthy table sugar to make a delicious frosting for all your favorite sweet treats. Made with our gluten-free all-purpose flour, organic virgin coconut oil, Sugarless Sugar™, rice milk and vanilla extract, you’ll be hard-pressed to taste the difference from typical frosting.
- In a small saucepan on medium heat combine flour with milk until thickened.
- Take mixture off the heat and combine with vanilla. Allow for mixture to cool completely.
- In a separate bowl cream together solid coconut oil with Sugarless Sugar™ until light and fluffy.
- Add flour mixture to Sugarless Sugar™ mixture and beat until fully combined.
- Serve on cooled cake and enjoy!
