Sugarless Sugar™ Blueberry Jam

1 tablespoon pectin
1 teaspoon
lemon juice
2 cups
¼ teaspoon

But what if you could still enjoy the sweetness of sugar in your jam without the actual sugar? Sugarless Sugar™ makes it possible, and makes this blueberry jam (with a hint of nutmeg) is simply irresistible

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large pot.
  2. Place over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes, or until berries have broken apart and mixture has thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, pour into glass jar, and allow to cool completely before placing lid onto jar.
  4. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 month and enjoy!
