1 cup
all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon
½ teaspoon
baking soda
½ cup (1 stick)
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F° (325° convection) and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. In a large bowl, combine butter and Sugarless Sugar. Mix well.
  4. Add the egg and the vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the flour mixture all at once, and mix on low speed just until dough is uniform.
  6. Roll dough pieces into 1 inch balls and flatten them onto prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 8to 10 minutes, and allow to cool on a rack.
