- In a large pot, melt 2 tablespoons butter-infused coconut oil over medium high heat.
- Once melted, wait 1 to 2 minutes to bring oil to high temperature.
- Add organic popcorn to pot and cover.
- Shake the pot gently as the kernels pop. When popping stops for 3 to 5 seconds remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of the butter-infused coconut oil.
- Pour the melted, butter-infused coconut oil over the organic popcorn and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
