French parfait is a puree, similar to custard, made with eggs, cream, sugar and more. In typical American fashion, we took the French parfait and went bigger, keeping the smooth and creamy goodness of the French parfait and adding extra layers of sweet deliciousness. At NOW we’ve gone even bigger by replacing the unhealthy, sugary ingredients with our own healthful ingredients, including millet granola, pistachios, dried apricots, and more. Bon appétit!
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and English toffee liquid and set aside.
- In a mason jar, place ½ cup of yogurt mixture, then ½ cup of millet granola, then ¼ cup chopped pistachios and ¼ cup chopped apricots. Repeat, and seal the jar.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy!
