Makes 24 Bites
½ cup
pumpkin puree
½ cup
tahini paste
3 tablespoons
2½ teaspoons
miso paste

These savory energy bites are the performance fuel you need to power through your workouts.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place one cup of pumpkin seeds in the food processor. Process until fully ground and a flour forms.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in the processor until well combined.
  4. Once combined, using a tablespoon or mini ice cream scooper, place them on a prepared baking sheet. Flatten them out with a fork and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Can store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
