Mighty Meatless Mung Bean Burgers

cooked, coarsely mashed

cumin

avocado, quartered

Wow your vegetarian friends with this delectable vegetarian burger. Mung beans serve as an ideal base for these burgers, and we add texture and depth with organic rolled oats and gluten-free tapioca flour. Garlic, onions, cilantro, cumin and fresh black pepper round out this flavorful dish, and a slice of avocado on top completes it! Delish!

  1. Place oven on 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
  3. On parchment paper, create 4 inch burgers, for a total of 4 burgers.
  4. Place in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Place on toasted multigrain bun with avocado.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
