Manuka Honey & Sesame Ginger-Crusted Salmon

fillet wild salmon, cut into 4 2 oz. fillets
1 tablespoon
¼ cup
scallions
1 teaspoon
coconut aminos
3 tablespoons
cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon
fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon
lime juice
½ teaspoon
lime zest

This Asian-inspired salmon dish is high in fiber, protein, and flavor! Tonight’s grain comes from our Gluten Free Living NOW Organic Quinoa and we’re bringing some serious extra flavor with Manuka Honey. cilantro, scallions and sesame seeds add the finishing touch.

  1. Preheat grill to 350° F.
  2. In a bowl, combine Organic quinoa, sesame Seeds, cilantro, manuka honey, scallions, sesame seed oil, coconut amino, ginger, lime juice, lime zest.
  3.  Place ¼ cup on salmon fillet, skin side down.
  4. Place on grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
