4 cups kale
chopped
½ lime
zested
½ teaspoon
salt

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine kale, lime zest, sunflower oil, and salt.
  3. Place seasoned kale onto prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place in oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce! (Sriracha Vegan Aioli)
