- In a mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together all of the ingredients except for the oats, almonds, and fresh fruit.
- Stir in the oats until well combined.
- Portion into individual serving containers, cover with an airtight lid, and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
- When ready to serve, stir the oats, top with fresh fruit (optional) and a sprinkle of chopped almonds.
