boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Easy to make in advance and a perfect appetizer at your next party!
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs onto skewers and into shallow bowl.
- Place half of the sauce on chicken thighs and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat grill to 350° F.
- Place chicken satay on side one for 2 minutes.
- Flip to side two for 2 minutes.
- Brush additional sauce onto the chicken.
Serve with reserved sauce and enjoy!
