Grilled Mole Steak:
- Preheat grill to 350° F
- Marinate steak with homemade mole sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Place steaks on grill for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Glaze steaks with reserved mole sauce.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve warm on top of cooked organic quinoa and enjoy!
