This grilled steak entree gets its flavor from our slender sugar-free mole sauce that's made from scratch - it’s easier than you think! Serve with our gourmet microwave quinoa Garlic & Mushroom Q cup™ and dinner’s ready in a snap.
Grilled Mole Steak:
- Preheat grill to 350° F
- Marinate steak with homemade mole sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Place steaks on grill for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Glaze steaks with reserved mole sauce.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve warm on top of cooked organic quinoa and enjoy!
Garlic & Mushroom Quinoa:
- Add ½ cup boiling water to Savory Garlic & Mushroom Q Cup™.
- Stir, cover with lid, and steep for 5 minutes.
