- In a food processor combine parsley, oregano, basil, lemon juice, agave nectar, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil until Italian dressing has formed.
- Combine with pasta, cucumber, mozzarella, feta, olives, cherry tomatoes, and salami.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
