  1. Place oats, almond milk, date sugar, chia seeds, and shredded coconut in a small sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until oatmeal begins to thicken.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
  4. Top with cacao nibs, chopped almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
  5. Drizzle with pure maple syrup just before serving.
