Black Quinoa Waldorf Salad

We’re taking the classic Waldorf salad and adding our own healthy twist with the addition of black quinoa, organic walnuts, Romaine hearts instead of lettuce, and our own NOW® Mayonnaise. The Waldorf salad is a cool and crispy salad that typically features grapes, apples, walnuts, and celery tossed or dressed in mayonnaise and served on lettuce. It’s great as both a side salad and a light meal.

  1. Combine Romaine hearts, apple, celery, black quinoa, walnuts, and Concord grapes in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and toss until the salad is evenly coated.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
