As one of the most globally recognized fitness professionals, Dan has traveled the globe several times over inspiring and educating thousands of fitness professionals and consumers for the last 20 years.
Dan grew up in Canada exploring the Canadian Rockies in the summers by bike and in the winter on skis. This passion for health, fitness and sports shaped into a full-time career. In 2004 he relocated to Auckland, New Zealand where he joined Global Leaders in Group Fitness Les Mills International as the Program Director for the Indoor Cycling Program - RPM. After four years in New Zealand, he moved to California to join TRX as the Senior Manager of Group Training & Development. Then In 2015, he was recruited by Under Armour to be Senior Manager of Performance Training. He now resides in Portland, Oregon.
Dan is also the co-founder of a global not-for-profit organization called Rooster Racing www.roosterracing.org. Rooster Racing is comprised of cyclists and fitness enthusiasts who DO GOOD by raising awareness and funds for special causes and charities.
