How much CLA is in your supplement, and is it safe for anyone to take?

Six softgels supply 1000mg, of which 600mg is CLA. The softgel contains no animal products. It is plant-derived from safflower oil and palm oil.

We do not recommend taking this supplement during pregnancy or breast-feeding. While this product is safe, always check with your doctor when taking supplements during or after pregnancy. It is not advisable to be on any weight loss program during pregnancy unless advised by your doctor.
