Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) is a multipurpose fruit used widely throughout Europe. As a centuries old tradition, it has been used by herbalists as a tonic to maintain health and well-being. Suggested Usage
Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 3 times daily. Can be taken directly, or mixed with water or juice. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Vitamin C, Zinc and Echinacea.
