NOW® Boswellia Extract is standardized to contain min. 65% Boswellic Acids, the active constituents of the herb Boswellia serrata, also known as Frankincense. Boswellia's properties have been known to herbalists and prized since antiquity and recent scientific research has validated its putative uses. Studies indicate that Boswellic Acids can help to support a healthy inflammatory response through their effects on the 5-LOX and COX-2 enzymes, as well as on other cellular signaling pathways.*
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with a fat-containing meal. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Serrazimes®, Flex Mobility™ and UC-II®.
