Ingredients: Eggwhite Powder (instantized), Xylitol, Natural Vanilla Flavors, BetterStevia™ [Organic Stevia Extract (Stevia rebaudiana) (Leaf), Natural Citrus Flavor and Soy Lecithin (<1%). Contains egg and soy derivatives.

Contains no: salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, shellfish or preservatives.

This Eggwhite Powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Therefore, biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.
